Roger Waters first came to prominence as the co-founder, bassist and conceptual driving force of Pink Floyd, shaping landmark albums such as The Dark Side of the Moon (1973) and The Wall (1979). After Pink Floyd’s dissolution, Waters forged a bold and uncompromising solo career, producing works that fuse political commentary with sweeping, cinematic soundscapes. Aside from his recording output, he also staged one of the largest concerts in history with ‘The Wall – Live in Berlin’, and went on to tour ‘The Wall Live’ and ‘The Dark Side of the Moon Live’ to resounding commercial and critical acclaim, with the former becoming the highest-grossing tour by a solo artist at the time. This 3CD collection celebrates Roger Waters’ artistry as a live performer, capturing the passion, precision and theatrical scope of his concerts. Featuring three definitive live broadcast recordings from his solo career, this new set presents some of his most powerful performances that demonstrate the scale, intensity and enduring vision that have made his shows legendary.
